Configuring eduroam on Linux (Ubuntu)
Open your web browser and visit the geteduroam app at the following link: geteduroam. There you'll find the link to the GitHub repository.
 Download the latest .deb file.
Go to the Downloads folder and double-click the installation file to run it.
 Click “Install”.
Please confirm again that you want to install the geteduroam package.
Authenticate yourself using your Linux user password.
Select the “eduroam” profile and enter your university account username followed by @tu-dortmund, along with the Wi-Fi password stored in the Service Portal. Confirm your entry by clicking “Add Profile.”
If you have forgotten your Wi-Fi password, you can check it at any time in the Service Portal by clicking the following link: Check Wi-Fi Password.
Setup is complete. If you receive a message stating that the connection failed, you will need to take the following steps. There is currently a bug on the developer's end; to resolve this, you can use the following workaround.
