Delete Old Eduroam Configurations on iOS
1. Open the “Settings” app, then tap “General”.
2. Open the “VPN and Device Management” overview.
3. If the “eduroam” profile is available to you, open it.
4. Please click the “Remove Profile” button.
Configuring eduroam on iOS
1. Open your web browser and visit the geteduroam website at the following link: geteduroam or via the QR code.
2. Select the appropriate operating system. Then start downloading the geteduroam client from the App Store.
3. Open the geteduroam app, type “Dortmund” into the search field, and select “Dortmund University of Technology” as the institution.
4. Select the “eduroam” profile and enter your university account username followed by @tu-dortmund, along with the Wi-Fi password stored in the Service Portal. Confirm your entry by clicking “Log In”.

5. Next, confirm that the geteduroam app is allowed to access the Wi-Fi settings on your device.
6. Tap “Connect” to establish a connection. This is only necessary during the initial setup; your smartphone will automatically connect to the eduroam wireless network whenever it is within range..
