Visiting Researchers

Please note the following procedure when hosting visiting researchers:

• As soon as it is intended to host visiting researchers, the form "Confirmation of Academic Research Stay" has to be filled out and signed by the respective chairholder or the head of the institute.
• The visiting researchers themselves have to fill in and sign the form
  Wissenschaftlicher Gastaufenthalt  or Academic Research Stay  .
• The completed forms need to be submitted to the Corporate Center Human Resources.

The Corporate Center Human Resources forwards the information to the ITMC; there, the required IT access authorizations (e.g., e-mail account, Exchange server) are set up. The guests can then apply for a UniCard. With the UniCard, they can use the H-Bahn free of charge and eat at reduced prices in the Hauptmensa and cafeterias.
