Information on the planned event
For international events: Booking requests will be accepted at the earliest 1 year (12 months) in advance. For non-international events: Booking requests will only be accepted up to 4 weeks in advance.
Note on the booking period: Please make sure to include the time needed for the assembling and disassembling when specifying the booking period. External event equipment, catering trolleys and other material must be delivered and collected within the booking period, as there is no possibility of temporary storage at the IBZ.

Seminar room 1
35m2 for max. 15 persons
Seminar room 2/3
together 70m2 for max. 30 persons, can be devided in 2x35m2
Presentation hall
max. 199 persons, seating max. 150 persons
Kitchen
When the kitchen is handed over, a deposit must be paid and a kitchen handover and return must be carried out with the International Office.
Foyer
The foyer is a passage room available for all events in the IBZ. Usually, it is not equipped with chairs or tables.

When booking the IBZ, the organizers of the event are responsible for leaving the premises in the same condition as they were found. *
The organizers are responsible for the organization of the event, rearrangement of the premises, catering, operation of the technical equipment, etc. There is no service team present during the event. *
During the event, the organizers are independently responsible for the operation of the technical equipment. If ITMC support is desired, please request it in advance. *
No material or objects may be left behind and the delivery and removal of event and catering equipment must take place within the booking period. *
User fee: A user fee is charged for special university events or cooperative events for which participation fees, admission fees and/or other fees are charged. For special university events, an exemption of up to €25 per participant and day is set for the participation fees if the participation fees are used exclusively for catering, printed matter or media. In this case, the university does not charge a user fee.
